Oatley Cottage features three generously-sized bedrooms. Two of these are equipped with a king-sized bed and the third bedroom features two king single beds with trundles, making Oatley Cottage a comfortable option for parties of up to 8. The bathroom is beautifully appointed, complete with a classic claw-foot bathtub to complement the cottage’s timeless aesthetic.

1 Living Area | 2 Dining Areas

The heart of Oatley Cottage is its warm open-plan living area. It flows into a classic country kitchen, featuring a Rayburn Cooker and refurbished timber cabinetry that make cooking and entertaining a charm. Glass-panel French doors open out from the indoor dining area to the verandah, which itself is equipped with an additional table and chairs set up for 4.

Originally built in 1910 in the Sydney suburb of Oatley, this charming weatherboard cottage was saved from demolition and carefully relocated to Little Forest in 2009. Transported in halves by semi-trailer and lovingly rebuilt, it has been thoughtfully restored to preserve its graceful period features while adapting it for modern living. Oatley Cottage now stands as a beautiful example of heritage preservation and timeless country style.
